Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation (or any portion of your reservation) at least 45 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you will receive a full refund of all money paid less a $69 cancellation fee per condo canceled.
If you cancel your confirmed reservation less than 45 days from your arrival date, then no refunds will be issued except for cleaning fees and for Winterplace closings as described below.
Winterplace Closure Refund Policy
We will give you a full refund (except for paid credit card fees) for any portion of your canceled reservation for Winterplace closures before Dec 20th and after March 11th. Temporary closures due to unforeseen reasons such as power failure, high winds, etc., will not be a cause to receive a refund.
